We had an amazing stay. The staff went above and beyond to make our trip memorable. From arranging activities to cooking us meals, they were like our own private concierge. The hotel facilities were spotless, and we loved having a kitchenette in our room. The location was perfect, right on the beach with easy access to transportation. We highly recommend the breakfast, it was delicious.

I had a great New Year experience in Baja California! the boating excursions organized by the staff were top-notch. the boats picked us up right on the beach and we were able to see whales and catch fish. the location was perfect, surrounded by beautiful reefs and islands.

I lost my first night due to confusion regarding the airports in Baja California. I had booked the wrong airport, which caused me to arrive late and lose my first night.

The hotel has a great staff that is attentive to the guests' needs. They assist with excursions and offer exceptional service. the location is also great, with access to the beach and beautiful views. the rooms are equipped with kitchenettes, and the staff even makes food to take on excursions.

The hotel lacks proper communication regarding the location of nearby airports. Guests may face difficulty reaching the hotel, like having to book a rental car and finding alternate accommodations for the night.

We had a great time with Gabby, Daniel, and Carlos, who arranged everything for us, including food for our excursions and a fantastic boating experience with a guide named Enrique. The hotel room was excellent, and we had a kitchenette, which allowed us to make our own coffee in the mornings.

The location was a bit confusing, and we accidentally booked the wrong airport. We had to rent a car and stay in a cheap motel.
